Titan Smiler

The Titan Smiler is a large, highly dangerous Smiler variant in *Apeirophobia* that appears in Level 6, Level 10, and the Ending 1 route of Level 23. Its loud footsteps can give away its approach, but it can break through obstacles, rapidly close distance once it spots a player, and keep tracking them from far away, making it one of the game’s most threatening entities.
