Throwback Delinquent is a cosmetic skin in Arsenal that brings back the old Delinquent-style look as part of the game’s anniversary content. It was re-added in the 10th Anniversary Update alongside other returning cosmetics, so players could obtain it through that limited-time event content rather than standard weapon progression.
