Dangerous Prisoners

Dangerous Prisoners are First Sea enemies found at Prison, where seven of them spawn and they are the target of the Jail Keeper quest at level 210. They use Cutlass attacks, have 3,000 HP, and become immune to elemental effects at level 212, making them a tougher grind than nearby enemies.
