Supreme Leader is an Unbound Dragon Ball unit based on Frieza, built around heavy battlefield control and team support. He can be obtained by clearing Trial 3 Arc 2/3, with a 5% drop in Regular or 25% in Strategist, or by buying a Star Scroll (Supreme Leader) for 250 Supreme Coins in the Trial Shop.
