Outlaw Camps

Outlaw Camps are hostile roadside locations in Dead Rails where outlaw NPCs gather and defend a small lootable camp. Players usually raid them for supplies and weapons, but the camps are dangerous because enemies can ambush anyone who stops too close to the train.
