How Zero plays
Zero is a burst-oriented Cosmos hypercarry who wants to be on field for short, explosive windows and then cycle back in as fast as possible. His damage pattern revolves around loading up his Ultimate Energy, unloading a Cosmos burst, and using his QTE to snap back into rotation almost instantly. Lead with his Skill to build pressure, fire the Ultimate when energy is full, then weave QTE swaps to keep the cycle tight. Because his Eclipse restores Ultimate Energy when enemies fall, he thrives against packs and trash waves where kills refund his burst economy. In teams he slots as the clear hypercarry, paired with enablers like Nanally, Jiuyuan, and Adler who buffer his field time and keep his burst online. Tempo is fast, aggressive, and reward-heavy when piloted cleanly.

Prioritise his Skill first, since it anchors his on-field pressure and feeds the rotation. Level the Ultimate next, as the Cosmos burst is his primary damage payload and energy economy. Follow with the QTE to sharpen his instant-cycle swaps, and leave Basic Attack last since it contributes the least to overall throughput.
Stat priority
Build CRIT Rate on Slot 1, CRIT DMG on Slot 2, and ATK% on Slot 3 to maximise his burst damage. For substats, chase CRIT DMG first, then CRIT Rate to balance the ratio, followed by DMG%, and finally ATK%. The goal is a reliable, fully-scaled critical burst every Ultimate window.
